BRAUN Compagno 8 x 50 WP

Took these out on a foggy morning and the 8x magnification held steady even with wet hands—the waterproofing really does its job. The 102m field of view at 1000m made tracking birds feel effortless, and the weight is forgiving enough for a full day hike.

The 50mm objective lens gathers so much light that early morning bird watching is finally possible without straining. I’ve already used it in light rain and the waterproofing held up perfectly.
