Fits my NOX 160 perfectly with zero wobble, and the locking mechanism feels solid every time I click it in. The machining is clean enough that I don't have to fight with it even with gloves on, which is a huge relief when I'm swapping lenses in a hurry.

Swapped out my old plate for this one and the locking mechanism feels much more secure on my NOX 160. The aluminum construction is a nice upgrade from plastic—definitely inspires more confidence when I’ve got my heavy lens mounted.

The milled slot fits my 145’s head like it was machined for it, which it was, and the locking mechanism feels solid enough that I trust it with my full rig. Saves me a good two minutes every setup.
